Access Talent Group are currently working with one of Ireland's biggest Civil & Structural consultancies who are looking to bring on a Civil/Structural Team Lead to their Dublin, Galway, Cork, or Dundalk sites.

This is a fantastic opportunity to come into one of the country's biggest consultancies where you will lead a fantastic pipeline of projects – ranging from large-scale commercial and residential builds to educational and healthcare. No two days will be the same

This position is a permanent role, so job security is guaranteed You will hit the ground running and get started straight away on these variety of projects. This role is available for an immediate start. The ideal candidate will be a great people-person, a multi-tasker, and have the relevant technical experience.

To be considered for this role:

  • You must be a 12+ years Structural or Senior Structural Engineer, graduated with a relative Civil or Structural Degree, with those 12+ years being on Irish projects post grad.
  • Chartered or working towards.
  • Team Lead experience on a set of civil and structural projects.
  • Experience in the relevant software is desirable.

As well as receiving a competitive salary, the successful applicant will receive a company pension contribution up to 8%, 26 days annual leave, and an annual company bonus based on personal performance
