Bar & Waiting Staff - The Role:

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, creative, hard-working, passionate about food & drink service and can work well as part of a team. Rate of pay depends on experience, with higher rates for more experienced individuals.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take direction from managers on duty and assist in the monitoring of all customer services.
• Follow all HACCP regulations at all times.
• Work well with a team in food & drink service.

Requirements:

• Have previous experience of over 1 year working in an Irish style bar, restaurant, or hotel.
• Have a passion for and genuine interest in customer service.
• Have a respectful and pleasant manner for dealing with team members.
• Be part of a team.
• Be able to work under pressure in a busy bar.
• Have a good knowledge of Traditional Irish cuisine and drink service items; cocktails and wines experience is an advantage.
