We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Client Services to join our Client Services team. This role is located in Dublin HYBRID (three days in office per week).

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Act as clients' service escalation point of contact for day-to-day inquiries and ensuring timely response by adhering to service levels for resolution and providing quality client experience.
  • Support clients in addressing and resolving complex operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with internal teams, identify root causes/areas of improvement when resolving client issues, and drive implementation of resolutions.
  • Participate in service initiatives, working closely with teams located in multiple locations globally.
  • Resolve complex or non-routine client issues or inquiries, as needed.
  • Provide guidance to less experienced team members.
  • Manage internal activities and initiatives designed to improve daily operations.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; 5 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Foundation in transaction banking and product knowledge: Loans, Funds, CLOs, Cash Management, Trades, Payments.
  • Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
  • Excellent customer focus, time management, and relationship management.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
  • Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented.
