An exciting opportunity for an experienced Civil/Structural Engineer to join our client, a leading Engineering Consultancy based in Cork, on a permanent contract. This company has been located in Cork for over 60 years and is seeking an experienced Engineer with a background in civil/structural engineering to join their consultancy. This role will be based on a Mon-Fri week over 39 hours.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Working on a number of various projects ranging in size and value from beginning to completion.
  • Site Visits.
  • Managing Project Budgets.
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding technical matters.
  • Technical presentations.
  • Ensuring compliance with Eurocodes standards.
  • Production of detailed documentation.
  • Working as part of the Civil/Structural team.
  • Ability to take responsibility for leading all elements of projects.
Role Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
  • 3+ years experience.
  • Experience with an Irish-based consultancy is essential.
  • Experience with AutoCAD/Revit would be an advantage.
