KNOW THE ROLE

We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Counter Manager to lead, coach, and develop our team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service, and operational targets.

The ideal candidate should have proven leadership, coaching, and business management skills gained in a fast-paced retail environment. This role offers an opportunity to be the CEO of your own store.

You will be responsible for creating and executing a business plan to attract and retain customers through strategic targeting, in-store events, customer relationship management, and leading a high-performing team.
