Job Title: Paver – Full Time (Initial 1-Month Contract, Potential for Permanent Role)

We are seeking a skilled Paver to join our team on an initial one-month full-time contract. This role will be paid via RCT, with the view to extend into a permanent position for the right candidate. You'll work alongside our team on residential and commercial projects, ensuring every job is completed to our exacting standards.

• Lay a variety of paving materials (natural stone, porcelain, granite, concrete, etc.).
• Prepare and level foundations to required specifications.
• Follow detailed plans, measurements, and project specifications.
• Work as part of a small, focused team to deliver projects on time.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment on site.
• Communicate effectively with the team and site manager.

• Proven experience in paving, with a portfolio or references preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality of finish.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Own tools and transport preferred but not essential.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic.
