We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. The successful candidates will receive training and development relevant to the role. Candidates should be motivated, creative, and passionate about engaging with Service Users.

*Candidates must hold or be in the process of obtaining a Full Driver's Licence.*

Job Objectives

We are looking for a strategic Learning and Development Lead to develop and implement training programs, ensure compliance, and lead initiatives to enhance employee growth and organizational success.

This includes:

  • Developing a Learning and Development strategy aligned with organizational goals
  • Leading a team of L&D professionals
  • Monitoring program effectiveness and implementing improvements
  • Collaborating with management to identify training needs
  • Creating comprehensive training programs for all levels
  • Evaluating training outcomes and making necessary adjustments
  • Managing budgets and resources
  • Fostering an inclusive and positive workplace culture

Skills and Qualifications

Qualification: Level 7/8 Degree in a related discipline

Knowledge: Relevant standards and legislation

Experience: Leadership in large organizations, budget management, process improvement, minimum 3 years in a similar role, experience in high-end training program development

Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, teamwork, communication, organizational skills
