Title: PCB Masking Operative
Location: Galway
Contract: 12 Month Contract
Exciting opportunity for a candidate responsible for preparing products for the Parylene Coating process and post-coating processes, including demasking of PCBs, labeling, and packaging of manufacturing aids for the medical device industry.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct masking of circuit boards and medical devices for conformal coating preparation.
- Process parts through conformal coating equipment.
- Complete all documentation in line with the Quality Management System.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.
- Ensure all duties are performed safely, cleanly, and efficiently, following Operating Procedures.
- Perform visual and in-process inspections.
- Support new coating projects and the micro abrading process.
Experience and Skills:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- High attention to detail and dexterity.
- Knowledge of statistical tools.
- Experience working with PCBs in an ESD-controlled environment.
- Experience in a clean room environment.
