Dromoland Castle Hotel, one of Ireland's most iconic 5-star resorts, is currently recruiting for an experienced FULL Time Bar Person to join our exceptional Food & Beverage team.

Role Overview

As a Cocktail Bar Person, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding guest experiences across our Cocktail Bar, Gallery, and Drawing Room.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Providing drinks service in the Cocktail Bar, Gallery, and Drawing Room
  • Supporting food service, including Afternoon Tea
  • Completing opening and closing procedures
  • Assisting in function bars for events
  • Setting up and servicing private parties
  • Promoting the Cocktail Bar both internally and externally
  • Varied shifts across Monday to Sunday. Due to the nature of our business, flexibility is essential.
The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced minimum 1 year in a 4* or 5* property
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and service-driven
  • Friendly, outgoing, and confident under pressure
  • Passionate about hospitality and exceptional guest service
