About your team:

About your role:

We're seeking a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager to partner in managing HSE risks and compliance obligations. You'll lead a team of HSE professionals, deliver on the HSE strategy and business plan, record incidents accurately, ensure thorough investigations, and oversee HSE performance reporting. You'll promote a safety culture aligned with our values and customer expectations.

Here's what we're looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in HSE or operational roles with significant HSE responsibility.
  • NEBOSH Certificate in Health & Safety or similar; preference for NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualifications such as NVQ or NCRQ.
  • Desirable: Chartered IOSH status or full membership of IIRSM or IEMA, or similar from a science/engineering professional body.
  • Proven experience managing Health, Safety, and Environmental risks.
  • Knowledge of HSE practices, legislation, management systems, and culture models.
  • Experience leading and managing teams.
  • Experience in the energy industry is preferred.
  • Understanding of Gas, Electrical, Engineering, or Mechanical subjects.
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and relationship management skills; ability to inspire without direct authority.
