About The Role

A lead artist is a true brand ambassador who lives and breathes our values. Combining artistry and commerce, our lead artists drive targets through building lasting customer relationships and showcasing exceptional artistry. A lead artist has a track record of delivering results at retail artist level, and can lead by example and coach retail artist teams to succeed.

Responsibilities
  • Lead by example to consistently achieve and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs
  • Create brand awareness through the sharing and demonstration of strong product knowledge
  • Be proactive in booking appointments and maximizing every consultation
  • Extend exceptional customer service beyond the in-store experience; drive the customer database for direct marketing opportunities within company guidelines
  • Inspire the team, demonstrate exceptional artistry; provide on-the-spot coaching and feedback to develop Retail Artists
  • Fluency in Charlotte Tilbury's makeup style, language and product knowledge
  • Drive masterclasses and in-store events, ensure appointments are fully booked
  • Support counter events/new product launches; share ideas
  • Demonstrate immaculate grooming standards reflecting your makeup look and adhere to Charlotte Tilbury grooming guidelines
Your Skills And Experience
  • Passionate about the Charlotte Tilbury brand
  • Engaging and personable with good communication and presentation skills
  • Experienced artist with a proven track record in driving personal sales
  • Customer-facing experience
  • Social media presence
  • Experience in managing and planning in-store events
