2025 Graduate Opportunities - People & Strategy Business Consultant

Our People & Strategy team help organisations to anticipate and meet the ever-changing needs of their customers, employees and supplier ecosystem in a more resilient, agile and sustainable way. This includes considering all aspects of organisation design, people and skills, process and technology.

What type of work will you be doing?

Within this role you will have the opportunity to:

  1. Gain experience working on diverse and exciting projects with clients from various industries and sectors, exploring different roles.
  2. Learn continuously through our structured graduate development programme and practical on-the-job experience.

What we look for in a graduate consultant
  1. Bright, curious and enthusiastic people with a passion for continuous learning and development.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (including fluent English).
  3. Ability to get along with others, and make work fun.
  4. Attention to detail and focus on quality.
  5. Ability to draw insights from data analysis and research.
  6. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  7. Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  8. People who will challenge themselves.
  9. Adaptability to work with different disciplines including project managers, change managers, enterprise architects, development teams and solution providers.
What we will look for in your CV
  1. Master's degree (2.1 or higher) or a First-class primary degree in Business, Management or other analytical subject.
  2. Excellent academic record.
  3. Demonstrated drive and commitment - in any field such as sports, music, social enterprise.
  4. Adept with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint etc.).
  5. As a global company, fluency in another European language is always a plus.
