As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a central role in bringing our promise of quality, reliability, and innovation to life. You'll ensure that every order—whether destined for a pharmacy, hospital, or healthcare provider—arrives on time, in perfect condition, and ready to make a difference. Our products arrive in clean, original packaging—specifically designed for the Irish market—with clear, user-friendly instructions that reflect the high standards our customers expect.

Your Main Responsibilities Include

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying product quality and documentation
• Ensure all products comply with Falsified Medicines Directive (FMD) regulations
• Accurately manage inventory within our ERP system
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for timely dispatch
• Coordinate with transporters, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth deliveries
• Handle returned goods and maintain proper storage and documentation
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with all safety and quality standards

Your Profile

To succeed as a Warehouse Operative, you'll bring a mix of hands-on experience, practical skills, and the right mindset to thrive in a regulated and fast-moving environment. While experience in a pharmaceutical warehouse is a plus, we value precision, responsibility, and a proactive approach above all.

Additionally, We Imagine That You

• Ideally, have prior experience working in a warehouse environment—experience in pharmaceutical operations is especially beneficial
• Have a valid driver's license is required. To operate the company van, candidates must be at least 25 years old, in line with vehicle insurance requirements
• Have a good command of English, both written and spoken, to manage documentation and communication confidently
• Are comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) and have basic familiarity with ERP systems, or a willingness to learn
  
  

What We Offer

• Annual salary between €32,000-34,350
• 25 paid vacation days

• Typical working hours: Mon-Friday 8:30-17:00

You'll be joining a new and growing team within our recently launched operations in Ireland. The warehouse team includes 2 full-time operatives, working alongside 2 Customer Operations colleagues, and supported by a Warehouse Manager and General Manager.

As part of a new and flexible team, you'll have the chance to help set up ways of working, share your ideas, and be part of a positive team environment. We work closely together—and with customers, suppliers, and transport partners—to make sure deliveries are smooth and on time.
