Working Hours: Normal business hours

Job Description

As a Quality Analyst, you will leverage your technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and data-driven insights to ensure a high-quality user experience. You will collaborate with engineers to enhance algorithms, enforce policy standards, and analyze data to detect patterns of abuse. Your work will focus on protecting users and upholding trust in the company's digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute tasks within the scope of a larger project under the guidance of senior team members or a manager.
  • Apply policy enforcement consistently and effectively.
  • Identify and resolve standard/common issues related to lead generation sources and quality areas.
  • Escalate complex challenges to senior team members or management.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to detect discrepancies in policy enforcement and decision-making.
  • Ensure quality assurance for content moderation and ad review processes.
  • Contribute to refining policies and ensuring vendors are making informed and accurate decisions.
  • Participate in cross-functional collaborations and knowledge-sharing within the team.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to make policy decisions in grey areas.
  • Experience in content moderation, ad review, or quality assurance.
  • Deep expertise in digital advertising policies and arbitration.
  • Previous experience in a multinational corporation (MNC) environment is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team setting.
  • Strong analytical skills to detect patterns and discrepancies in data.

Preferred (but not required) Technical Skills

  • Experience with quality across creative ads.
  • Exposure to Google Ads or similar ad platforms.
  • Familiarity with root cause analysis methodologies.
