Established in 2017 our clients store is a haven for passionate foodies, culinary students, and professional chefs. Stocking everything from tableware to the most obscure kitchen tools (yes, we probably have that thing you saw on MasterChef), they pride ourselves on warm welcomes, expert advice, and a shopping experience that feels like coming home.
The Role:
We're looking for a commercially minded and people-focusedStore Managerto lead this dynamic team, deliver exceptional customer service, and keep the tills ringing and stock turning.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train and inspire a small, passionate team to deliver standout customer experiences
Take full ownership of daily store operations – visual merchandising, stock management, rotas, health & safety
Drive sales and achieve performance targets through hands-on leadership and commercial awareness
Create a welcoming, knowledgeable space for food lovers of all levels
Liaise with the owner to plan store activities, promotions, and seasonal events
Champion a warm, community-based retail environment with excellent customer service at its core
Who You Are:
An experienced store manager (2+ years) from a fast-paced retail background
Obsessed with food, cooking, or simply good kitchen kit
Energetic, friendly, and confident with customers of all ages and experience levels
Strong on operations, stock management, visual merchandising, and leading by example
Flexible and hands-on – no job too big, small, or unusual
