Temple Bar Hotel Dublin is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Supervisorto join our team at our unique four-star property, located in the heart of the city.

You will report to the Duty Manager and Director of F&B and work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure that our guests receive an exceptional breakfast experience. You will supervise the breakfast shift, support the team, and uphold the highest standards of service, hygiene, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day breakfast operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, anticipating guest needs, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
• Support, motivate, and train breakfast team members to maintain high standards and teamwork.
• Monitor food presentation and buffet setup to ensure consistency and quality at all times.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant and breakfast areas in line with hygiene and health & safety standards.
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste reduction procedures.
• Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure efficient communication and timely service.
• Handle opening procedures and ensure all checklists are completed to standard.
• Promote hotel facilities and upsell where appropriate to enhance the guest experience.
• Participate in regular training and development sessions.
• Comply with all hotel policies, including Health & Safety, Fire, Hygiene, and company standards.
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a hospitality or breakfast setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety and HACCP guidelines is an advantage.
