Excel Recruitment is hiring a HR Business Partner to join our client's successful retail business in Kildare. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong HR experience, ready to partner with senior management and drive the people agenda across the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with overall business goals
  • Provide guidance on HR matters, including employee relations, talent management, and performance management
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives that support a high-performance culture
  • Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding processes
  • Lead and support projects focused on employee engagement, retention, and development
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies
  • Analyse HR metrics to provide insights and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partnering role in Ireland
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills
  • Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience in the retail sector is highly desirable
