Overview

Sales Associate (f/m/d) - Part time at myGwork - LGBTQ+ Business Community. This role contributes to the mission of Patagonia by providing a complete shopping experience for customers and acting as an ambassador of the brand.

Key Accountabilities
  • Welcome customers in the store, address their needs, and answer questions and concerns.
  • Talk confidently to customers about products, values and brand history.
  • Show passion for the brand to every customer and convey what makes us unique.
  • Be an environmental ambassador by leading on environmental initiatives and environmental storytelling, together with the Sales Associates and the environmental team.
  • Check stock daily and restock when necessary.
  • Create attractive product displays and maintain the store clean and tidy.
  • Operate the cash register and manage opening and closing procedures.
Pre-requisites
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail or related customer service experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Enthusiasm and knowledge about Patagonia products.
  • Accuracy with money handling and register use.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong alignment with Patagonia business and mission statement.
