Key Responsibilities
- Sell new and used Mercedes-Benz passenger cars using our brand sales process.
- Provide exceptional customer service, constantly aiming to exceed expectations.
- Achieve maximum profitability on the sales of our range of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, promoting finance, insurance, and auxiliary products.
- Build strong rapport with customers visiting the dealership and proactively seek new business opportunities outside the showroom.
- Implement the MSL sales process consistently.
- Achieve new volume and model mix targets set each year by the company.
- Meet used car targets annually.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Achieve accessories sales targets.
- Meet all relevant KPIs in line with the company's commission structure.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience in a similar role with a premium brand preferential.
- Demonstrate financial and commercial acumen.
- Exhibit excellent IT skills.
- Capable of creating and delivering presentations at boardroom meetings.
- Be highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Be a highly motivated and self-driven individual who leads by example.
- Display enthusiasm and an outgoing personality.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to deliver compelling and persuasive sales and aftersales presentations.
- Exhibit strong skills in closing deals and converting inquiries into sales.
- Have the ability to negotiate objections with credibility and authority.
