Role Overview:
We're on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Apprentice to join our Dublin team. This is an exciting opportunity to get hands-on experience across our operations and recruitment support functions. You'll work closely with our Head of Delivery and wider team to ensure smooth onboarding, support client delivery, and keep everything running like a well-oiled (and slightly caffeinated) machine.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the onboarding process for new Career Coach clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
  2. Assist with administrative coordination of career coaching and recruitment activities.
  3. Handle daily client queries and ensure same-day responses, escalating issues when required.
  4. Maintain accurate records and client files in our systems.
  5. Collaborate with delivery and sales teams to schedule sessions and monitor project timelines.
  6. Assist with booking and logistics for franchisee onboarding and client workshops.
  7. Contribute to ongoing improvements in operations processes.
  8. Provide general administrative support to the Operations and Delivery team.
  9. Support financial tracking processes in collaboration with the Operations & Finance Admin.

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication – written and verbal.
  • Friendly, professional manner with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm when juggling tasks (bonus if you've mastered the art of calendar Tetris)
  • Comfort with tools like Excel/Google Sheets, email platforms, and CRM/project management tools (training provided)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a business, HR, or related course (QQI, PLC, apprenticeship, etc.).
  • Previous office or admin experience a plus, but not required.
