Options

Option 1: Road Warrior

  • Start at $0.70 CPM
  • Pay Rate includes up to $90,000 yearly and guaranteed $1,610 minimum per week (earn $2,000 on top weeks)
  • 8 weeks out / 10 days off
  • Top miles – guaranteed 2,300 miles per week
  • Paid vacation
  • 2020 and newer Freightliner Cascadias (APU, refrigerators, 100% automatic)
  • $100 Walmart gift card after orientation
  • Midwest Regional or National Lanes (No Northeast, No New York City)
  • Your choice of benefits plans
  • Flight to orientation

Option 2: Midwest Regional Premium Pay Package

  • Start at $0.68 CPM
  • Pay Rate includes Midwest Regional up to $85,000+ yearly and guaranteed $1,564 minimum per week (earn $2,000 on top weeks)
  • 4 Weeks Out / 5 Days Off
  • Top miles – guaranteed 2,300 miles per week
  • Paid vacation
  • 2020 and newer Freightliner Cascadias (APU, refrigerators, 100% automatic)
  • $100 Walmart gift card after orientation
  • Midwest Regional or National Lanes (No Northeast, No New York City)
  • Your choice of benefits plans
  • Flight to orientation

Option 3: Traditional Midwest Regional

  • Start at $0.62 - $0.64 CPM
  • Pay Rate: Midwest Regional up to $85,000+ yearly and guaranteed $1,426 minimum per week (earn $2,000 on top weeks)
  • 4 Weeks Out / 5 Days Off
  • Top miles – guaranteed 2,300 miles per week
  • Paid vacation
  • 2020 and newer Freightliner Cascadias (APU, refrigerators, 100% automatic)
  • $100 Walmart gift card after orientation
  • Midwest Regional or National Lanes (No Northeast, No New York City)
  • Your choice of benefits plans
  • Flight to orientation

Looking for a more traditional home time? See Home Weekend and Dedicated options in select Midwest cities. Pay varies by home time option and production. There is no deadline to apply; applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
