Senior Care Specialist

At Sienna Senior Living, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. As a Personal Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment that fosters meaningful relationships between residents, families, and staff.
Your primary focus will be on providing resident supervision and assistance with daily living activities, including eating, dressing, hygiene, and grooming. You'll also provide cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual support, as well as oral and dental care. Additionally, you'll encourage residents to participate in programs offered by the Resident Experience Team.
- You'll work closely with an Associate Director of Care to ensure high-quality care and services are delivered to residents.
- You'll build strong relationships with residents and their families, understanding their needs and preferences.
- You'll contribute to the culture of the home, where the focus is always on helping residents live fully, every day.
