As a Shuttle Driver, you will provide transportation services for senior residents in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner. Join an innovative company where hard work pays off and advancement opportunities are available.

• 3 years of driving a shuttle, bus, or similar vehicle.
• Chauffeur's License with a clean driving record.
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards seniors; enjoy helping and working with the elderly.
• Timely, patient, and accommodating; familiar with local area and able to maintain bus schedule.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude with a sense of humor and dedication to excellent service.

• Assist residents getting on and off the bus safely, using lifts or physical transfers as needed.
• Complete bus trip logs and follow routes efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bus interior and exterior.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and log the results.
• Support team performance with a positive attitude.

This role involves standing for long periods, effective communication, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. The environment is moderate noise, with occasional travel to different locations.
