About the role:

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  1. Creation and execution of end to end project delivery plans, following UKG OneView methodology
  2. Supporting and guiding Customers on the UKG OneView delivery methodology, helping them to ensure a successful Payroll transformation project
  3. Overall delivery of projects following agreed upon timelines with customers and internal stakeholders as well as completion and sign off exit criteria
  4. Creating, maintaining, and monitoring project plans to include technical, business and customer tasks and deliverables (inputs, outputs)
  5. Management of RAID Log, Dependencies, and project documentation
  6. Coordinating internal/external resources to ensure project milestones/timelines are met
  7. Successful completion and delivery of all project deliverables and milestones
  8. Manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate channels
  9. Support all implementation technical deliverables and activities to support a customer and setup for operational success
  10. Manage the handover of implementation to ongoing operations teams
  11. Ensuring first class customer experience during the Onboarding process

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of hands-on Project Management experience in a commercial environment
  2. Project Management Certification, strong understanding and experience of PM Principles, tools and techniques
  3. Graduate or Postgraduate with a minimum of a 2.1 degree in business or technology field
  4. Excellent knowledge and experience of software delivery methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
  5. Proven ability to act as a leader in business transformation projects
  6. Good understanding of system integration principles
  7. Strong exposure to software and service delivery
  8. Proven track required in best in class Customer Service communications and delivery
  9. Desire to develop a deep working knowledge of the global mobility / international payroll market

Desired Skills:

  1. First class inter-personal skills, coupled with strong influencing abilities, at senior executive level
  2. Excellent communication skills both oral and written, as well as mastery of Microsoft Office tools
  3. Excellent attention to detail and time and workload management skills
  4. Must be motivated, professional, work on own initiative, with the capacity to be a versatile team player - flexible, proactive and pragmatic
  5. Experience creating and managing project plans, RAID Logs, CRs and adherence to governance standards
  6. Experience of managing complex requirements and their implementation
  7. Experience of working with Sales, Delivery and Operational Teams
  8. Problem solver with can do attitude, calm influence under pressure
  9. Experience in process development and improvement
  10. Experience in payroll is an advantage but not required
