Stylist (24 hours per week) – Dublin, Powerscourt

The AllSaints team is looking for a stylist to join our store in Powerscourt. The role involves working on the shop floor, styling and influencing customers, with opportunities to gain experience in visual merchandising, store operations and personal shopping. Training and product knowledge will be provided to help you learn and develop within the AllSaints brand.

Responsibilities
  • As an AllSaints Stylist, you are the fundamental link between our products and customers.
  • Spend the majority of the day on the shop floor styling and influencing customers, with opportunities to gain experience in visual merchandising, general store operations and personal shopping.
  • Support the store in reaching targets, sell our collections to customers and ensure the store looks fabulous at all times.
  • Utilise training tools and product knowledge to learn and develop within a brand where progression opportunities exist.
  • Maintain the store's aesthetic; ensure product is readily available and floor sets and standards are upheld.
  • Stock replenishment, deliveries and digital orders will form part of day-to-day activities while using digital tools to support the customer journey.
  • Empower yourself to make service decisions to resolve customer issues while retaining loyalty and trust.
  • Put the customer at the heart of every action and work as one AllSaints team to achieve the best result.
  • Greet customers and tailor your approach to support the purpose of their visit.
  • Maintain housekeeping and keep staff areas at a high standard, showing pride in your surroundings.
  • Work as one team with peers, seeking feedback to support growth and development.

  • Active awareness of brand campaigns, lookbooks and new product launches and be an ambassador for AllSaints.

  • You love fashion and are an ambassador for AllSaints and the power of a great outfit.
About the location

Our standalone store in Powerscourt, Dublin has been open since 2005. Trading hours are typically 10:00am – 18:00pm (subject to seasonal change). The Powerscourt building is a historic landmark. Our team is close-knit and enjoys bonding over shared interests in and out of work. Store location: approximately a 25 minute journey from Dublin Grafton Street.
