About the Role - As a Production Technician at Reagecon (A Calibre Scientific company), you will ensure batches are manufactured according to SOPs, maintaining high quality standards and meeting production targets. You will be responsible for tasks like filling, capping, and labelling, while adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture of batches in accordance with their SOPs including filling, capping and labelling where required, ensure that quality standards are maintained throughout all production activities undertaken
  • Maintain excellent housekeeping standards, in accordance with the 6S programme
  • Carry out equipment checks and calibrations as per schedule
  • Liaise with support staff on materials requirements
  • Ensure all health and safety standards are complied with
  • Troubleshooting production issues and work closely with/communicate with colleagues in QC and planning to ensure demand requirements are met within the allocated time frame
  • Be available for upskilling and cross-training where required
  • Contribute to functional and cross-functional teams as required
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by the Production Manager, Operations Director or a member of the management team

Qualifications:

  • 3rd Level science qualification, preferably in Chemistry
  • Knowledge of batch manufacturing, ISO17025, ISO9001, ISO17034
