Social Care Worker

Cpl Healthcare is delighted to announce our partnership with our client who works with young people to provide high-quality care – protecting and supporting them to build resilience and recover from early life trauma.
Helping them by allowing them to be themselves to feel what they need to feel without judgement by providing a therapeutic environment affording them time and space to health through relationships, so they are looking for Social Care Workers for nighttime shifts inFethard, Co. Tipperary. The shifts would be 12-hour shifts.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in Children residential service and working with young people as a Social Care Worker
- Aminimum level 7 qualification in Social Care or relevant equivalent
- Full Irish driving license – would accept both manual and automatic
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently or as a part of team
