Professional Indemnity Partner Opportunity | Dublin | Lead & Grow a New Practice

BCL Legal is currently working with an international law firm in Dublin that's actively looking to hire a Professional Indemnity Partner to spearhead the growth of this practice area in Ireland.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role with full support to build a team, shape strategy, and make a real impact, without being tied down by excessive internal red tape or rigid structures often seen in more traditional firms.

About the Role:

Lead and develop the Professional Indemnity offering for the Irish market

Build and mentor a team over time

Take on a genuine Partnership position with the ability to shape the direction of the practice

Strong focus on business development and growing client relationships

Support from a well-established, international disputes and insurance platform

The firm is particularly interested in individuals who have a track record of business development, a small following, or meaningful connections in the Irish market that could translate into new work.
