This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team within the quality function. We are looking for individuals who will support and drive Chanelle Pharma's vision to be the most valued global provider of high quality, competitively priced pharmaceutical products and to provide excellent services and support to our customers. In this role, you will report to the QA Supervisor.

Location: Onsite in our Loughrea Facility (5 Days Per Week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications: conducting visual and measurement tests; reject and return unacceptable materials.
• Inspect materials following set procedures.
• Inspect artwork to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Develop master samples and file them systematically.
• Label approved and rejected materials.
• Raise supplier corrective actions for non-conforming materials and ensure timely closure.
• Document inspection results by completing reports.
• Properly file inspection records.
• Review and update standard operating procedures as needed.
• Maintain measurement equipment by following operating instructions and calling for repairs when necessary.
• Ensure all measuring equipment is calibrated and fit for use.
• Calibrate incoming inspection equipment.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
• Perform other duties as requested by the quality supervisor or manager.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Quality Assurance or Documentation.
• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment is essential.
• Science qualification preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail required.
• Good IT and business administration skills.
