The Role

As Construction Director, you will assume full responsibility for all construction operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all construction operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

  • Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure financial and contractual performance.
  • Mentor and develop site teams, project managers, and senior staff, promoting best practices.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in senior construction leadership (e.g., Construction Director, Operations Director, Senior Contracts Manager).
  • Proven track record in large-scale projects (commercial, retail, civil, or residential).
  • Strong financial and contractual acumen, with experience working alongside commercial teams.
  • Exceptional leadership, with the ability to inspire teams and drive performance.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong client-facing skills, with a reputation for building lasting relationships.
