Our client, a global investment management firm, is seeking a qualified accountant to join its growing team in Dublin. This role offers an excellent opportunity for Big 4-trained professionals to move into industry, working within a high-performing team that manages private credit investment structures across international markets.

Overview

Newly Qualified Accountant position based in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with day-to-day fund accounting and maintenance of financial records for private credit investment structures.
  • Support the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, investor reporting packs, and fund performance metrics.
  • Involve in operational processes such as capital calls, distributions, and equity allocation tracking.
  • Work closely with senior team members and internal stakeholders (legal, client services, operations) to deliver accurate and timely reporting.
Key Requirements
  • Recently qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA), ideally trained in a Big 4 or top-tier firm.
  • 0–3 years post-qualification experience, ideally with exposure to financial services, investment funds, or asset management clients.
  • Strong Excel skills and a keen eye for detail; any exposure to fund accounting systems (e.g., Investran, Geneva) is a bonus.
  • Motivated team player with strong communication skills and a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.

This position will suit newly qualified or recently qualified accountants with financial services audit experience, particularly those with exposure to investment funds, structured products, or private credit clients.
