Lease Accounting Manager

Setna iO is expanding in Ireland and is looking for a Lease Accounting Manager to join our growing team. This role will begin on a remote basis, with a transition to an onsite Shannon based office once it becomes operational. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing aviation company at an exciting stage of our Irish operations.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Key liaison with customers regarding rental/maintenance billing.
  • Key liaison with internal departments.
  • Record monthly aircraft utilization.
  • Complete internal reporting of any unusual or zero utilisation to the Technical function.
  • Calculate maintenance reserve rate adjustments, including escalation of the rates on an annual basis, etc.
  • Ensure all rent, maintenance reserves and deposits are paid on a timely basis.
  • Contact customers concerning any arrears and notify key stakeholders of said arrears.
  • Resolution of customer queries.
  • General administrative duties as required to support the lease management team.

Knowledge, skills and experience required:

  • 3 years' experience working for an aircraft lessor.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
  • Understanding of aircraft lease or familiarity with contracts.
  • Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products, especially Excel.
  • Capable of working under own initiative.
  • Must be diligent and thorough with strong attention to detail.
