Dental nurse/ Receptionist

• Assist the orthodontist with clinical procedures
• Ensure high standards of cross-infection control
• Maintain and sterilize instruments
• Support patients throughout their treatment journey

• Welcome patients and provide excellent customer service
• Manage appointment bookings and patient records
• Handle telephone and email inquiries professionally
• Process payments and assist with administrative tasks

• Qualified Dental Nurse (preferred but not essential)
• Experience in orthodontics (desirable but not required – training provided)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Friendly, professional, and a team player
