Role And Responsibilities

Guest Check-In and Check-Out: Welcoming guests upon arrival, assisting with the check-in process, and ensuring a smooth check-out experience

Providing Information: Offering guests information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions

Responding to guest queries in person, over the phone and via email

Experience in a similar, customer-facing role
