Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the software aspects of the project.
  • Manage or participate in the setup or upgrade of systems for software enhancements.
  • Support operational systems to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and operational activities.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with mobile and software applications.
  • Conduct security vulnerability scans, apply updates, and generate security reports for software applications.
