About The Role
As a Crèche Supervisor at Little Harvard, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the crèche, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, and compliance with all regulations. You'll lead and motivate a dedicated team, fostering a warm and nurturing environment for children, families, and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of early years educators, ensuring excellent practice at all times.
- Ensure the crèche operates in line with Tusla regulations, Aistear & Síolta frameworks, and Little Harvard standards.
- Support and mentor staff through training, feedback, and supervision.
- Build positive relationships with parents and families.
- Manage rosters, records, inspections, and other administrative duties.
Minimum Level 6 in Early Childhood Education & Care (Level 7/8 preferred).
At least 2 years' supervisory/leadership experience in an early years setting.
Excellent knowledge of Aistear, Síolta, and Tusla regulations.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Passionate about delivering high-quality care and education.
