MACE Rathass is looking forapart-time Baristato join their fantastic team.

This role is to cover Maternity Leave for the Barista / Deli department. Successful candidates must be available for Flexible Hours & days.

As a Barista / Deli assistant, you will use your skills to deliver first-class services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare drinks andserve high-quality food that delights our customers

  • Ensure the work and service areas are kept clean and tidy at all times

  • Receive and process payments

  • Be an enthusiastic team player

  • Maintain & restock clean crockery

  • Ensure brewing equipment is operating properly & safely, and report any maintenance needs

  • To comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards

  • To comply with Health & Safety regulations

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Minimum 6 months experience as Barista

  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, client & staff

  • Ability to work with a team, and on your own initiative

  • Flexible approach to the role

  • Can do' positive attitude

  • Willingness to learn

  • Experience in Customer service and/or in a similar environment would be an advantage, but not necessary
