We are looking for a passionate and energetic individual with a guest-centric mindset to join our team as Assistant Guest Experience Manager.

Here at Adare Manor, we strive to 'create and deliver Beyond Everything experiences,' and the Guest Experience Manager drives this spirit across the entire resort. They will support the Director of Guest Experience in overseeing the Guest Service Call Centre (Switchboard), Butlers, Guest Experience Executives, and Resort Activities to ensure each of our VIG (Very Important Guests) receives a truly exceptional experience at Adare Manor.

As Assistant Guest Experience Manager You Will
  • Assist guests with planning their itineraries prior to arrival, ensuring all preferences are accurately noted and shared with relevant teams. Inspect incoming VIG rooms & suites to ensure they meet Adare Manor standards.
  • Respond to communications regarding incoming VIG guests via phone & email.
  • Review guest history from previous visits, highlight preferences and needs, and ensure requests are fulfilled prior to their stay.
  • Support Guest Experience Executives & Butlers during guests' stay to deliver bespoke service.
  • Plan and execute special events such as Christmas, Easter, Valentine's Day, 4th of July, and Halloween.
  • Train, mentor, and develop the Guest Experience team to deliver BEYOND EVERYTHING experiences.
  • Maintain an up-to-date archive of guest documents and preferences to enhance future visits.
  • Build lasting relationships with guests, coordinate all aspects of their stay across departments, and inspire colleagues to enhance service quality.

Experience in a 5-star/luxury property is essential.

You will report to the Director of Guest Experience.
