Parker Stewart are partnering with a market-leading consultancy to hire a Digital Marketing Manager on a permanent basis. This role will be based onsite in their Dublin offices.

What are we looking for?

We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who is comfortable in managing and taking full ownership of the marketing strategy, and can maximize new business opportunities and ensure retention. A key function for this role is to promote the awareness of the organisations products and services across all channels in Ireland to increase the company's already trusted and growing reputation.

What will you be doing?

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to optimise online presence, focusing on website performance, lead generation, and integrated channel activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams and group functions (SEO, PPC, PR, Marketing Automation, Development) to maximise digital performance and brand visibility
  • Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns(both online and offline)to drive business growth, enhance client retention, and meet annual targets
  • Oversee marketing budgets and performance reporting, ensuring efficient spend, strong ROI, and clear cost analysis across central and local initiatives
  • Lead team operations and marketing output, managing workflows, producing branded collateral (e.g., newsletters and client literature), and delivering insights to key stakeholders

Experience / Requirements:

  • Degree level in marketing, communications, or business
  • Minimum 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, delivering strong growth through strategic use of digital and offline channels while maintaining cost control
  • Proven expertise in PPC and SEO, driving commercial success through effective execution in high-paced, performance-focused environments
  • Experienced team leader, skilled in motivating, coaching, and managing teams to achieve marketing objectives
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously
