Data Lead

To further our mission, we are looking for a Data Lead to join our team.

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF

• Define and implement the company's strategy for data management and analysis.

• Coordinate and supervise a team of data analysts and specialists to ensure the quality and integrity of company data.

• Collaborate with key business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data projects and solutions.

• Monitor the performance of data management processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Develop and maintain a reporting system and dashboards to enable data visualization and interpretation.

• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.

• Research and implement new technologies and tools for data management.

• Provide support in the creation and implementation of machine learning models or artificial intelligence projects for business applications.

• Promote a data-driven culture within the organization.

WHAT WE WISH YOU'D BRING WITH

• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 5-7 years of experience in data management and analysis, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.

• In-depth knowledge of programming languages for data analysis (e.g., Python, R, SQL).

• Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).

• Experience in creating predictive models and applying machine learning techniques.

• Leadership skills, team management capabilities, and experience handling complex projects.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Strong results orientation and problem-solving abilities.
