  • Support the customer team with identifying and winning upsell opportunities.

  • Optimise sales processes and implement best practices to improve efficiency.

  • Support the sales team with process improvement, measurement, tracking, and analytics.

  • Ensure RFP Q&A's and procurement tool templates (such as T2RL) are up to date and maintained.

  • Prepare content for executive presentations and board reports.

  • Manage and monitor sales data in HubSpot, with responsibility for all sales tools (HubSpot, SharePoint).

  • Refine customer segmentation and support territory management.

  • Maintain proposal and contract records.

  • Attend international travel industry conferences, trade shows, and sales meetings as required.

Growth / business operations
  • Develop internal communications and updates to ensure organisational alignment on goals and priorities.

  • Track our internal performance of key strategic business priorities.

  • Lead monthly operations meetings with the Datalex leadership team to monitor performance versus plan. Where challenges arise, partner with priority leads to identify action plans to bring these initiatives back on track.
