KPMG's ESG Consulting team provides support for our clients to embed Sustainability into their core business activities. Our multi-disciplinary team works with clients to determine the most effective operating model for Sustainability, advise on and support the implementation of mandatory ESG reporting frameworks, navigate the technology landscape to enhance their capabilities, and enable our clients to derive business value through Sustainability transformation.

We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Transformation Associate Director to join our growing ESG consulting practice. This role will involve leading teams of multi-disciplinary consultants to enable clients to achieve compliance with ESG standards and reporting frameworks and derive value from their Sustainability efforts.

A snapshot of your peer group:

  1. Minimum of 7 years professional experience in ESG consulting or related field, with proven track record in transformation programme delivery.
  2. Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject. Professional certifications in Sustainability or ESG are an advantage.
  3. Knowledge of target operating models, transformation, and design of processes and controls.
  4. Understanding of ESG frameworks, standards, and regulatory environments.
  5. Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across Sustainability implementation programmes.

  1. Lead ESG implementation programmes designed to support our clients to operationalise Sustainability strategies and comply with ESG standards and reporting frameworks.
  2. Advise clients on their performance against ESG standards and reporting frameworks and support the development and implementation of recommendations to achieve compliance.
  3. Design and implement target operating models that enable clients to successfully operationalise ESG reporting in an effective and efficient way.
  4. Advise and deliver transformation and change management activities that support the clients' Sustainability strategy and ambition.
  5. Advise clients on ESG data and technology enablers to support reporting and Sustainability implementation.
  6. Support business development activities to further expand our ESG consulting practice.
  7. Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide tailored ESG implementation solutions.
