Client:

Our client, a leading Multinational Semiconductor Company, requires Staff to Senior Level C++ Software Engineer for a role based in Cork City, Ireland.

You will be required to be onsite four days per week. Unfortunately, there is no Visa sponsorship for Non-EU candidates at this time.

Role:

You will develop CAD tools and software for the latest design, methodology, technology, algorithms, and automation.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop software and automation for chip design.
  2. Strong debugging skills, aptitude to learn and resolve complex issues.
  3. Contribute towards the continuous development of tools, technology, and flows.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

  1. 3+ years of experience in C++ (Version 20/21), STL, BOOST, Multi-Threading, and algorithm development.
  2. Strong knowledge of data structures.
  3. Some knowledge of CAD/EDA tools and flows is beneficial.
  4. A background in Mathematics is beneficial.
  5. Preferred programming experience with Python.
  6. Exposure to VLSI design concepts and logic design.
