We seek a Web3-native, globally-minded Head of Marketing to lead BNB Chain's marketing vision and strategy. You will shape how the world perceives, understands, and engages with BNB Chain — from builders and enthusiasts to institutions and partners.

This role involves more than managing a team or campaigns; it's about setting narratives, building community with purpose, and growing our ecosystem with a long-term perspective.

The Role:
  • Own and execute the global marketing strategy for BNB Chain, including brand storytelling and community growth.
  • Lead impactful initiatives: hackathons, developer activations, events, AMAs, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate across teams to unify messaging and maximize impact.
  • Build relationships with KOLs, developer communities, projects, and media.
  • Manage and scale a high-performing marketing team with an experimental and agile mindset.
  • Use data and community feedback to optimize strategies and measure ROI.
  • Stay current with Web3 trends and ensure BNB Chain remains relevant in conversations.
More About You:
  • You are passionate about Web3, crypto culture, and community dynamics.
  • 5+ years in marketing leadership, preferably in DeFi, blockchain infrastructure, or Layer 1/2.
  • Strong background in community building, storytelling, or growth marketing.
  • Proven track record in shaping narratives and launching memorable campaigns.
  • Comfortable working in decentralized ecosystems and remote teams across time zones.
  • Strategic yet agile — knowing when to zoom out and when to ship fast.
