As a Principal DSP Scientist, you will oversee the development of downstream processes across multiple biologic modalities (MAbs, Vaccine, Vector).
Your responsibilities as a Principal DSP Scientist will include:
- Lead Process Development activities including designing and planning studies.
- Lead Quality by Design implementation for biologic workstream.
- Own the drug product and drug substance downstream process development projects.
- Work cross-functionally with R&D, QA, and Project Management to ensure timelines and goals are achieved.
The successful Principal DSP Scientist candidate will have:
- MSc or PhD in biochemistry, biological sciences, or bioprocessing.
- Industry experience in biologic process development or manufacturing.
- In-depth knowledge of DSP/Downstream processing.
- Expert knowledge in chromatography.
