Job Description – Setting-Out Engineer
Project: Apartment Development
Value: €120m
Necto Selection have been retained by a top-tier contractor to assist in the recruitment of a skilled Setting-Out Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity to further your career with one of Ireland's leading construction firms in the Leinster region.
As a Setting-Out Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- All aspects of setting out, levelling, and quality control.
- Communicating with your site team and other stakeholders to ensure that progress is in accordance with the construction programme.
- Maintaining a diary and keeping record of all site activities.
- Strictly following all HSEQ and other on-site policies and procedures.
Key requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with a building or main contractor.
- Strong analytical skills and adept decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages, as well as industry-specific software.
