Our aim is to build positive, lasting relationships with our customers by providing them the right products - when and where they need them. Carraig Donn is 100% Irish owned and operated. We currently employ over 500 people across our Head Office and retail stores with 40 branches nationwide. Our central warehouse, buying offices, dispatch center and e-commerce operations are all conducted from our home on the Lodge Road, Westport, Co. Mayo. With buying offices also located in Ennis, and Dublin. Carraig Donn is continuing to grow year on year, with an exciting 10-year expansion plan.

The Role

We currently have an opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team in our new store in Tallaght, Co. Dublin. The successful candidate will be hard-working, reliable, and enjoy working as part of a friendly productive team in a busy and fast-paced retail environment. Immediate start would be preferable. Must be available to work flexible hours including weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service in store, leading by example at all times.
  • Actively support and lead the team in maximising store sales and achieving store KPIs.
  • Display a keen eye for detail and consistently deliver excellent in-store standards.
  • Ensure products are correctly received and placed on the sales floor in a timely manner, complying with merchandising guidelines.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures and support the Store Team in delivering them.
  • Action merchandising campaigns, promotional activities, delivery schedules and various back-office duties within required timeframes using a proactive approach.
  • Be a team player with strong leadership skills, coaching and developing the team to meet objectives.
  • Previous retail management experience is essential; experience with fashion, jewellery or giftware is advantageous.

  • Permanent, full-time position as Store Manager.
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekdays and weekends.
