Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort are recruiting for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to become part of the team.
Our Hotel
More than just a hotel. Tulfarris is one of the most picturesque hotels in Wicklow. Our luxurious hotel consists of 90 guest rooms and 3 self-catering lodges with their own unique story and style which provide the perfect setting for weddings and all sorts of special events. The Brasserie and The Fairways Restaurant serve an array of delicious food in a relaxing environment which boasts panoramic views across our golf course, the Blessington Lakes and Wicklow Mountains. All our food is sourced locally from our Irish farmers, cheese mongers and suppliers. We're also causing quite the stir with our fine selection of beers and cocktails Located just 45 minutes from Dublin City and 25 minutes from the M50, the hotel is easily accessible.
Your New Role
The role involves delivering a consistently high standard of guest service while building and maintaining excellent client relationships. The ideal candidate should have good waiting and bar experience, a good personality, good people skills, be guest orientated, have a caring attitude and a fine attention to detail.An excellent command of the English language is essential.Previous experience in a 4 star hotel is desirable.
Duties will include:
- Ensuring your team provideexceptionallevels of service for every guest
- Rostering of staff in a an efficient manner in line with budgets and business needs
- Ensuring that the beverage offer is of high standard and stocks aremanaged
- Have a good understanding and working relationship with all areas withinthe company group
- To ensure that all standards are maintained
The ideal candidate will:
- Previous experience in a similar role in a four-star property
- Extensive food and beverage experience
- Previously held a departmental food and beverage management role
- Excellent knowledge of food and wine
- Ability to drive excellent customer care
- Knowledge and experience of rosters and budgets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
