Primary Duties
  1. Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body wraps, manicures, pedicures and other therapeutic services (We are also interested to meet with specialist facial or body therapists).
  2. Ensuring that each guest receives exceptional treatment and client care to make it a memorable Spa experience.
  3. Ability to take a proactive approach to understanding guests needs and desires.
  4. Acknowledging and responding to guests' needs in order to enhance the quality of service and exceed clients' expectations.
  5. Ensuring treatment rooms are clean and hygienic at all times following health and safety regulations.
  6. Comply with all health & safety requirements.
  7. Maintain a sound knowledge of all treatments, packages and any promotions.
Responsibilities
  1. Greet clients - provide them with a warm welcome and 5 star spa experience.
  2. Conduct consultations with clients to determine their specific needs and preferences.
  3. Maintain detailed records of client treatments and preferences.
  4. Educate clients on proper skincare and wellness practices.
  5. Promote and sell spa services and products to clients.
  6. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanour at all times.
  7. Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge.
The qualifications and Skills that we require candidates to have
  1. Previous experience 1-2 years desirable.
  2. Internationally recognized beauty qualification (ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or equivalent).
  3. Experience in Swedish massage and other types of massage.
  4. Experience in facials.
  5. A warm and caring personality.
  6. Willing to work as part of a team.
  7. Motivated and able to work on your own initiative.
  8. Have a true love and passion for what you do as a Spa professional.
  9. Punctual, self-organized and having own initiative.
  10. Fluent English and flexible with hours (No late nights required).
