Part time Accounts Administrator

We are recruiting a Part time Accounts Assistant to join a Solicitors Practice based in the Dublin 8 area.
This role will be 3 days full time 9-5.30pm, Mondays, Thursdays and either Tuesday or Wednesday (flexible).
Candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years previous bookkeeping/accounts experience.
This is a great opportunity to gain experience with Solicitor & client Accounts.
Main Responsibilities- Process customer receipts (cash and EFT) and apply in debtors' ledger. Client and Office Account.
- Process supplier payments (cash and EFT) and apply in creditors' ledger.
- Investigate any unidentified transactions for the day. Stripe etc.
- Receive cheques, lodge to bank and ensure accurate recording in the general and debtors ledger.
- Maintain credit card reconciliation process. Petty Cash analysis.
- Prepare weekly and monthly client account reconciliations.
- Process sales invoices and post to customer and general ledger.
- Good organisational skills, ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills, ability to train on 'my client' cloud-based package.
- An interest in training into an accounts role and moving into that area long term.
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in a bookkeeping/accounts role.
- Hourly rate €20-22pm.
